After the sale communications continue through the 3 Month Service Request and 11 Month Service Request. At the closing walk-through you will receive our Homeowner’s Manual containing helpful information to guide you in maintaining your new home as well as contact information for any issues that may arise.
No, you don’t have to have an agent. Our sales team are professionals who treat all buyers fairly and honestly. Buyer representation by a real estate agent is a choice.
Closing cost assistance is available when our settlement provider/preferred lender is used for the mortgage. From time to time we may have special incentives available . Please ask our sales team for current information on incentives.
Typical construction time is 4.5 months from purchase agreement. We take great pride in delivering homes on time, however, at times weather, availability of subcontractors and materials may cause delays. If this occurs we would notify you as quickly as possible so you can plan accordingly.
