We understand your new home is one of the largest and greatest investments you will ever make. This is why we use high quality products and the best workmanship to protect your investment. Please read through the information on this page and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
1.Meet With Our Sales Team
Our sales team is dedicated to helping you choose the floor plan, lot, options & upgrades that are important to you and fit the way you live!
2.Find Your Design Style
Our knowledgeable sales team and proven selections process makes it easy! Our samples for granite, hardwood, cabinets and more are conveniently located in our model home. A one to two hour appointment is usually sufficient time to make all of your selections.
3.Stay In The Know
Scheduled buyer meetings at pre-drywall, pre-closing orientation and closing walk-through. We welcome questions and concerns during the build and will answer them promptly.
4.AFTER CLOSING
After the sale communications continue through the 3 Month Service Request and 11 Month Service Request. At the closing walk-through you will receive our Homeowner’s Manual containing helpful information to guide you in maintaining your new home as well as contact information for any issues that may arise.
