Do I have to have an agent?

No, you don’t have to have an agent. Our sales team are professionals who treat all buyers fairly and honestly. Buyer representation by a real estate agent is a choice.

Are you offering any incentives to purchase?

Closing cost assistance is available when our settlement provider/preferred lender is used for the mortgage. From time to time we may have special incentives available . Please ask our sales team for current information on incentives.

When will my home be finished?

Due to the covid 19 crisis, the building industry is experiencing many supply shortages that may or may not delay the completion of your home. We take great pride in delivering homes on time, however, these delays may be unavoidable. If this occurs we would notify you as quickly as possible so you can plan accordingly.
