MEET WITH OUR SALES TEAM

Our sales team is dedicated to helping you choose the floor plan, lot, options & upgrades which are important to you and fit the way you live!

Step 2

FINDING YOUR DESIGN STYLE

Our knowledgeable sales team and proven selections process makes it easy! Our samples for granite, hardwood, cabinets and more are conveniently located in our model home. A one to two hour appointment is usually sufficient time to make all of your selections.

Step 3

KEEPING YOU INFORMED

Scheduled buyer meetings at pre-drywall, pre-closing orientation and closing walk-through. We welcome questions and concerns during the build and will answer them promptly.

Step 4

AFTER CLOSING

After the sale communications continue through the 3 Month Service Request and 11 Month Service Request. At the closing walk-through you will receive our Homeowner’s Manual containing helpful information to guide you in maintaining your new home as well as contact information for any issues that may arise.
